    This is a great tool to have in your kitchen arsenal! Pantry salsa is made of ingredients you commonly have in your cabinets, but tastes way better than prepared salsa! If you’d like to add a bit of freshness to your salsa, try adding cilantro, fresh hot peppers, or squeezed lime. With this recipe, we’re making it with pantry items to showcase the benefits of bulk storage.
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14oz)
  • 1 can tomatoes and chilies
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • ¾ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tbl red wine vinegar OR apple cider vinegar OR lemon juice OR lime juice


  1. Combine all ingredients. If you desire a finer textured salsa, use a food processor or hand blender.
